Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I coach my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and discipline.
AYURVEDIC LIFESTYLE CONSULTATION: In this 90-minute session we will dig deep to uncover your Ayurvedic constitution as well as any current imbalances that may need addressing. You will leave with a better understanding of yourself, and with some personal practical steps you can take to improve your health including simple changes in diet and exercise, tips for better sleep and an introduction to meditative practices.
The program is fully based on your own personal health goals. You will have my support, knowledge and your best interests at heart, so you can instigate and sustain changes that would be much more challenging alone. With my support you will:

TRAINING
I received my training as an Ayurvedic Lifestyle Coach with Dr. David Frawley. I also took the Institute for Integrative Nutrition's cutting-edge Health Coach Training Program and continue to study modern health including Functional Medicine and Biohacking. My education has equipped me with extensive knowledge in Ayurveda, holistic nutrition, health coaching, and preventive health. Drawing on these skills and my knowledge of different dietary theories, I work with clients to help them make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results.
