I truly believe that yogic practices, including meditation and breathwork, are therapeutic and have the ability to bring positive transformation, if they are embraced, and if practiced correctly with guidance.
I aim to facilitate an approach to practices and lifestyle changes that suit a client's own particular constitution or body type and stage of life, in a way that adds value to their life and joy.
My teaching is underpinned by my own daily practices of meditation, breathwork and yoga asana, along with my ongoing studies of Yoga, Ayurveda and the latest research in health and wellness.
