"From the initial welcoming nutritious treats to the warm hospitality, we were certain we were in for a fabulous weekend. This standard never dipped for the entire weekend, which is difficult when you are offering such an array of activities. From nutritious plant based meals, to talks on nutrition, breathwork, yoga, restorative yoga, yoga nidra (guided by live cello music!) and an introduction to Ayurveda...what was not to like!!It left my friend and I totally relaxed and energised after such a short break. Highly recommend. ~Cathy, Ireland
"This was my first yoga retreat and I can honestly say it was an amazing experience. Anthea and Tara-Lee are lovely young ladies. The yoga, meditation and workshops were excellent. I would definitely recommend this retreat and look forward to joining Tara-Lee and Anthea again in the future." ~Audrey, Ireland
"I had such an amazing time at the retreat - met some lovely people, ate delicious food, learned a lot re: ayurveda, yoga and nutrition and came back feeling revitalised. What more can you ask for in a weekend away? I can’t wait for the next one! :)" ~Orla, Ireland
"This was my first yoga retreat and I was not disappointed. From the moment we arrived until we drove away 2 days later everything was wonderful. The yoga, the food, the classes, the venue, even the goodybag was superb." ~Louise, Ireland
"It was my first time doing this kind of weekend and it was absolutely what I badly needed. I have been inspired to take up yoga, meditation and I am eating healthier since the weekend. I still feel great both mentally and physically. It has opened my eyes to a different way of life. I have also commenced yoga classes locally – which I would not have dreamed of until I did the weekend. Tara Lee & Anthea were warm & friendly and had such beautiful skin, they were inspiring." ~Anonymous, Ireland
"I’ve been on many yoga retreats over the past few years and this was by far the best for many reasons. Both Anthea and Tara Lee nourished and nurtured us far beyond all expectations. They were both incredibly patient, kind and welcoming. We not only received an fantastic level of Yoga classes but also were treated to workshops on Ayurvedic living, essential oils for general wellbeing and also plant based cooking. Tara Lee and her partner Costas are exceptional cooks and served an abundance of possibly the most wonderful and nutritious food I’ve ever tasted in my life. This retreat was heaven from start to finish in the most ideal setting. A must for one and all ☺️x" ~Karen, Ireland
"The retreat was an excellent chance to stop and think about things and to find out what my body and mind were lacking in. It is so easy to forget the importance of eating for health and sustenance. My eating habits have improved." I would definitely recommend the retreat, even if yoga is not something that you are involved in, the practice was easy to do. It helped my practice a lot and I get more from it as a result, I am more controlled and have stopped competing with myself, as you said, it is a practice for the rest of your life so there is not need to rush it or put yourself under pressure." ~Shauna, Ireland
"Anthea’s Love Food and Yoga retreat was such a positive experience for me that I returned the following year for the retreat again. I learned a lot about my body type and my yoga practice through Anthea’s informative, warm style of teaching." ~Heather, Singapore "I attended my first ever yoga retreat with Anthea and had an amazing time. I met some lovely ladies and learnt so much about Ayurveda. I credit my experience at Anthea’s Love, Food and Yoga retreat as the trigger for a deeper exploration into my yoga practice." ~Lyris, Singapore
