Flavour queen Tara-Lee Byrne is a certified raw and wholefoods chef; professional cellist, music academy director and yoga practitioner. In 2013 Tara-Lee created her dream job/life combining an international career as a classical performing artist whilst cheffing her way across the globe with a cello on her back, a yoga mat at her feet and her trusty Vitamix blender.
In 2016 Tara-Lee returned to Ireland and together with her Australian partner launched the award-winning 100% free-from For the Love of Gránola range of premium gránolas under the ethical innovative brand Wicked Wholefoods. Tara-Lee's debut role as brand and culinary creative director recently launched in Ireland under the innovative zero-waste eatery, Copia Green.
Tara-Lee lives in the west of Ireland in a 170 year old farmhouse and continues to follow her passion for teaching music, performing, cheffing, educating and inspiring others to invest in their health by making conscious, sustainable food choices.
Certified Yoga Teacher, Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant and Health Coach, Anthea Grimason is originally from Dublin, now based in San Francisco following a number of years in Asia. She is the Strategic Marketing Director for Samahita Retreat, Thailand’s leading health, fitness and yoga retreat which brings her frequently to the tropical island of Koh Samui. Anthea has been working with Samahita since 2014, however it's been a home away from home for many more years.
Over the last 10+ years Anthea has been delving into a journey of self-discovery through the tools of yoga, spending time immersed in study and teaching in Asia, at Samahita Retreat as well as extended periods in Bali and India. Forever learning, her current studies are focused on brain health and functional medicine. Anthea loves to teach and share, her motivation being to inspire others to live their best life through health, wellbeing, adventure and joy.
