Yoga to me is a therapy and I truly that it's available to anyone who chooses to embrace it, bringing positive transformations if practiced properly. I place a lot of emphasis on the breath while teaching as it is the single aspect of our being that defines yoga better than any other. As we concentrate on our breathing, we find that we can strengthen and regulate our entire bodies, breeding transformation on both a physical and spiritual level. I also place a strong emphasis on practicing and living according to your own particular constitution and provide a tailored approach to both yoga and lifestyle coaching. My teaching is underpinned by my own daily practice along with studies of yoga philosophy, Ayurveda and modern health.
